Why do I need to set a password?

The Password you create is used to secure your online account. This Password is used during the authentication process in conjunction with your User Name to verify your identity before granting access to your personal details. You can change your Password at any time when you are signed in, by visiting the 'Account Settings' page.

If you forget your password, please click the 'Forgot your Password' link in the main sign in page and we will send you an email to begin the process of setting a new Password.
